119 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will reconsider the request of a person (details supplied) for permission to remain here on compassionate grounds in view of the circumstances outlined by his school principal. [12128/02]

The application in question will be considered in my Department having regard to all of the prevailing circumstances. My Department will be writing to the persons in question shortly with a view to obtaining further information in that regard.
