Question:121 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will approve the new housing points system recently agreed by a meeting of Dublin City Council. [12694/02]
Written Answers. - Housing Points System.
Dublin City Council submitted a revised scheme of letting priorities, which includes proposed amendments to their points system for approval on 12 March 2002, and a report on the extent and impact of the proposed changes was received in my Department on 8 April 2002. A meeting will be held shortly between my Department and the local authority at official level to discuss the changes proposed in the scheme and a decision on the matter will then be made.
