120 Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Transport when a decision will be made on a passenger operators' licence application by a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13990/02]
The application in question was received in my Department on 14 June 2002. Part of the application was completed incorrectly and the applicant has been asked to rectify it. On receipt of a satisfactorily completed application, a community licence will issue to the applicant.
