Vol. 553 No. 3

Ceisteanna – Questions.

On a point of order, can I ask the Chair to note that I was asked to withdraw six questions I tabled for reply by the Taoiseach today? They have been withdrawn despite the fact that I expressly said I wanted them on the Order Paper.

The matter does not arise at this point.

The fact that the questions, which related to the Seville summit, will not be answered means there will be no opportunity to hold the Taoiseach and the Government to account on the matter.

The Deputy is being disorderly.

It is a matter of great disorder that the Government has not answered the questions.

The Deputy raised the matter this morning.

It needs to be repeated.

I suggest that the Deputy may call to my office to make his point, but this is not an appropriate time to do so.

I thank the Chair for the invitation.
