Vol. 553 No. 4

Written Answers. - Work Permits.

John McGuinness

Question:

132 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a working visa has been granted in the case of a person (details supplied); and if an application in the case has been processed in the name of a company (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [14293/02]

I can inform the Deputy that the visa application in question was approved on 6 June. The person in question is coming to Ireland on an inter company transfer so a work permit is not required.
