205 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children, further to Parliamentary Question No. 155 of 7 December 2000 and No. 222 of 6 March 2001 and direct correspondence to his office regarding a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, the position in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Regional Health Authority to review and report to me on all aspects of this case with a view to meeting the in-patient needs of the person referred to by the Deputy. I will be in touch with the Deputy as soon as I receive this report.
