303 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the 2002 Estimates of public capital spending by her Department; if the net expenditure under headings is likely on present trends to be exceeded; and if so, the amount by which in each case. [15300/02]

The total estimate for public capital expenditure in respect of my Department for this year, as published in the Revised Estimates for Public Services 2002, is €9.328 million. On present trends, it is not expected that net expenditure on public capital will exceed this figure.
