I propose to take Questions Nos. 11 to 13, inclusive, together.

Deputies will be aware from the schedule for this week that it is proposed to take the second stages of the Arts Bill, 2002, the Railway Safety Bill, 2001 and the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission Bill, 2002.

It is also proposed to take all stages of the Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Performance of Certain Functions) Bill, 2002.

Details of the legislative schedule for the remainder of the year are not yet known. The legislative programme will be published in the normal course at the beginning of the next Dáil session.

My Department has three Bills awaiting second stage. These are: The Interpretation Bill, 2000; The National Economic and Social Development Bill 2002, and The Statute Law Restatement Bill, 2000.
