Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Andrews – the measures to be implemented to account for the Supreme Court decision on interim barring orders in the District Court; (2) Deputy Neville – the report of the inspector of mental hospitals for the year ending 31 December 2001; (3) Deputy Hogan – the need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to intervene to assist two textile firms, Comerama, located at Castlecomer, County Kilkenny, and Bunbeg, County Donegal, to overcome their trading and employment difficulties; (4) Deputy Durkan – the circumstances in the case of a family (details supplied) in County Kildare who have been separated and detained; (5) Deputy O'Dowd – the Bus Éireann report on proposed actions to recover its financial position, dated July 2002. The matters raised by Deputies Neville, O'Dowd, Andrews and Durkan have been selected for discussion.
