144 Mr. McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if she will include a review of public and employer's liability premiums being demanded by insurance companies as part of the review of the insurance industry. [18150/02]
My Department in conjunction with the Competition Authority proposes to carry out a study concerning the non-life insurance market, with particular reference to motor insurance, employer's liability and public liability. Submissions have been invited on the preliminary consultation document containing the draft terms of reference of the study by 1 November next. The document is available electronically at either www.entemp.ie or www.tca.ie.
