Before proceeding with the Order of Business, I take the opportunity to welcome to Dáil Éireann our parliamentary colleagues of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, who join us this morning in the Distinguished Visitors' Gallery. They are members of the Committee on European Integration who are led by their chairman, Mr. Pavel Svoboda.
