135 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath has not received suckler cow premium and area aid payments for 2002, in view of the fact that this person satisfied all the eligibility criteria; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The 2002 area aid application of the person named was fully processed with an area determined for payment purposes of 14.16 hectares. The person named was paid his full entitlement under the 2002 area-based compensatory allowance scheme on 23 September 2002. The person named applied on seven animals under the 2002 suckler cow premium scheme on 13 February 2002. His herd was inspected on 25 June 2002 and his application is now being processed for payment.
