Question:97 Mr. Naughten asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason an area aid problem has not been resolved for a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20936/02]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 96 and 97 together.
The 2002 area aid application of the person named has been fully processed with an area determined for payment purposes of 37.81 hectares. Payment of the 80% advance under the 2002 suckler cow premium scheme and his 100% entitlement under the 2002 area based compensatory allowance scheme will now issue to the person named.
