I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following proposals:–
that Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Republic of Slovenia) Order, 2002,
a copy of which was laid in draft before Dáil Éireann on 5 November, 2002;
that Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Republic of Croatia) Order, 2002,
a copy of which was laid in draft before Dáil Éireann on 5 November, 2002;
be referred to the Select Committee on Finance and the Public Service, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iii) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 21 November 2002, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.”
