Question:165 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a farm retirement pension will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [21822/02]
Written Answers. - Farm Retirement Scheme.
The pension payable to the person named under the early farm retirement scheme was suspended from September 2002 because the lease on enlargement lands held by his transferee had not been renewed. However, the lease has now been renewed and payment of pension with full arrears for the period of the suspension will be made at the end of November.
