Question:348 Ms Lynch asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will provide funding to the group, Irish Survivors of Institutional Abuse International. [22412/02]
Written Answers. - Departmental Funding.
On 8 October officials from my Department met with the chairperson of Irish Survivors of Institutional Abuse International. At that meeting a request for funding was made. The group was requested to submit a detailed outline of the funding required. This has been received by my Department and a number of questions have arisen about the submission. A request for clarification issued to the group on 4 November. To date no response has been received and as soon as it is the matter will again be examined.
