148 Mr. O'Dowd asked the Minister for Defence the moneys available in his Department for RAPID programmes; the requests he has received for funding of RAPID programmes; the funding which has been granted to RAPID programmes; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22664/02]

There are no funds available in my Department for RAPID programmes and the Department has not received any requests to fund such programmes.
