215 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the payments made by his Department including Dúchas, the Heritage Service and the Environmental Information Service, from 1997 to date, to environmental non-governmental organisations. [22853/02]
The payments made from all sources by my Department to environmental NGOs from 1997 to 10 October 2002 amounted to €6,687,453.93 together with £19,441.43 sterling. Details of the payments were supplied to the Deputy on 23 October and are as follows:
