Written Answers. - Biological Threats.
During his recent visit to this country, I had a general discussion with the US Secretary of State for Health and Human Services on the issue of biological threats. The Secretary of State outlined the measures being taken by the United States in relation to this issue. In turn I outlined the measures which have been put in place in this country in relation to such a threat. We agreed to co-operate further on this issue, as required.
