35 Mr. S. Ryan asked the Minister for Health and Children if the talks between the ERHA and the major Dublin teaching hospitals regarding the major budgetary difficulties facing the hospitals have been concluded; if he has received a report on the outcome of the talks; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22910/02]

My Department is advised by the Eastern Regional Health Authority, ERHA, that it is in the final stages of agreeing 2002 provider plans with the Dublin academic teaching hospitals, DATH's, group.
