361 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if arrangements can be made for more weekend access in relation to persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if the South-Eastern Health Board will review the case and reach an early decision. [23641/02]

As this is a matter for the South-Eastern Health Board, my Department has requested the chief executive officer of the board to reply directly to the Deputy.

362 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if an urgent appointment can be made for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny with the chiropodist at the clinic, James' Green, Kilkenny; the reason there is such a backlog with such appointments; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The provision of chiropody treatment to individual persons in County Kilkenny is the statutory responsibility of the South-Eastern Board Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.

363 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the cost and status of the provision of a proper car park at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny; if the South-Eastern Health Board actually has the funds to complete the project; if they are awaiting the approval of their plans and application; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23643/02]

The provision of car parking facilities at St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny is a matter, in the first instance, for the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply directly to him.
