I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a duplicate land certificate which was lodged on 17 October 2002. Dealing No. S2002SM001306J refers. I am further informed that the application is receiving attention in the Land Registry and, subject to no queries arising, should be completed within the next few weeks.
