151 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will increase the number of hours of home help allotted to a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; if assistance can be given by the SEHB to enable this person to shop and pay bills; and if this person's case will be examined to determine the level of assistance which can be given. Responsibility for the provision of health services in County Carlow rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply directly to him.
