99 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if his attention has been drawn to a publication (details supplied); and if he will ensure that these issues are pursued by Irish diplomats at every human rights forum and related fora. [24130/02]

I thank the Deputy for drawing the text in question to my attention. I will arrange for the article to be examined by officials in my Department and I will contact the Deputy in the light of that examination.
