102 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will provide an update on the construction of a new primary school (details supplied) in County Cork; if current tenders for the construction of the school will shortly lapse; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25212/02]

Tenders for the provision of a new school building at the school referred to by the Deputy have been received in my Department. My Department will communicate its decision to the school management authorities as soon as possible.
