403 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to a Land Registry application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25875/02]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged on 10 October 2001. Dealing No. D2001WS008143W refers. I understand that due to the complicated nature of these type of cases it is not possible to estimate a date of completion at this time. However, I can assure the Deputy that the application is receiving attention in the Land Registry.
