432 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the number of housing starts that have commenced in County Kildare for each of the past three years; the number in Athy UDC for each of the past three years; the number in NAAS UDC for each of the past three years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Information on the number of housing starts achieved by the three local authorities in County Kildare for each of the past three years under the local authority housing construction/ acquisition programme is set out in the table under. Details for 2002 will be published in due course in my Department's annual bulletin of housing statistics, copies of which will be available in the Oireachtas Library.
