I wish to make a proposal to the House to change the Order of Business.
I move:
That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, or the Order of the Dáil of this day, the proceedings on the resumed Second Stage of No. 5 shall adjourn at 1.30 p.m. and shall resume on the conclusion of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Bill, 2002, and the proceedings thereon shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 10.30 p.m. and the order shall not resume thereafter.
