I propose to take Questions Nos. 175 to 187, inclusive, together.

The Dublin Institute of Technology is a statutory body established under the Dublin Institute of Technology Acts, 1992 and 1994. Under those Acts, the governance and day to day activities of the institute are matters for which the governing body and the management of the institute are responsible. I understand the issues raised by the Deputy are the subject of correspondence between the institute's legal advisers and those of the person referred to by the Deputy. In the circumstances it would not be appropriate for me to comment on the matter at this time.
