copies of which were laid in draft before the House on 29th day of November, 2002.

Is that agreed?
We oppose the imposition of the disease levies, as we indicated previously. In the circumstances, it is totally inappropriate that an additional levy should be imposed. We should concentrate on eradication rather than levies.
I oppose the levy.
Our spokesperson, Deputy Timmins, opposed the levy when it was discussed at committee because it involves the imposition of another stealth tax on the farming community.
