276 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Health and Children the action he proposes to take to resolve the industrial dispute which has prevented admissions at St. Aidan's ward - Alzheimer's - at St. Otteran's Hospital, Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26390/02]

Responsibility for the provision of services referred to by the Deputy rests with the SEHB. My Department has asked its chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
