283 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health and Children the progress regarding represen tations made on behalf of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare whose sister died a year ago leaving a young family; and if the South-Western Area Health Board has made a positive response in view of the compelling circumstances outlined. Responsibility in relation to the matter referred to by the Deputy rests with the South Western Area Health Board. The ERHA has contacted the SWARHB who has assured them that a response will issue to the family within the next week.
