Written Answers. - Residency Permits.
An application was received in July 2002 from the persons in question for permission to remain in the State based on their parentage of an Irish born child. Applications of a type to which the Deputy refers are dealt with in strict chronological order and my Department is currently dealing with applications received in April 2002.
