134 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Finance when a report will be completed in the State Laboratory in regard to an application for a death certificate of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26275/02]

Minister for Finance (Mr. McCreevy)

The State Laboratory received a sample in respect of the person concerned on 2 December 2002. Analysis is in progress at present and results are expected in early 2003.
