I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following draft order:
State Examinations Commission (Establishment) Order 2003,
copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 28 January 2003, be referred to the Joint Committee on Education and Science in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iii) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 19 February 2003, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
