402 Mr. O'Connor asked the Minister for Education and Science if the building programme will be approved in 2003 for the development of a physical education hall in Firhouse community college, noting the particular needs and concerns of the community in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1457/03]
In view of the scale of the 2003 capital programme as now published, and available on my Department's website at www.education.ie and having regard to the level of financial commitments to be met from projects already in construction, I do not envisage that my Department will not be in a position to authorise any additional large scale projects to proceed to construction in 2003, other than those listed in section 4.
