629 Mr. Murphy asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason for the delay in processing an enhanced subvention application and the application for increased ordinary nursing home subvention for a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [1144/03]

Responsibility for the administration of the nursing home subvention scheme in Cork, rests with the Southern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply directly to him.
