661 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children, further to Parliamentary Question No. 312 of 15 October 2002 regarding home help for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, the progress which has been made and the reason a reply has not been issued from the South Eastern Health Board; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As responsibility for the provision of health services in the Kilkenny area rests with the South Eastern Health Board, my Department asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy in his parliamentary question of October 2002 and reply directly to him. My Department has again contacted the board who advised that the Deputy was replied to by telephone. The board has now sent a written reply to the Deputy.
