Question:676 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children the outcome of an assessment meeting on 13 December 2002 by the Western Health Board in relation to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [1397/03]

As the Deputy will be aware, responsibility for the provision of health services in Mayo rests with the Western Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply directly to him as a matter of urgency.
