812 Mr. B. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he intends to continue the contract of the State pathologist; and if he intends to advertise to appoint a further State pathologist in the near future. [1153/03]
The Deputy will appreciate that it would not be proper for me to comment on an individual's personal employment situation as part of a response to a parliamentary question. I can, however, confirm that my Department will be advertising for the appointment of a forensic pathologist shortly.
