Question:839 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the Land Registry Office will expedite a dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [1572/03]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
The position in relation to this case is set out in my answer to Parliamentary Question No. 17998/02 on 15 October 2002. Dealing Number D2000SM004835H refers. I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that queries issued to the lodging solicitor on 9 October 2002 and the application cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can assure the Deputy that, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application was completed on 24 January 2003.
