Question:855 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department will now complete the section 49 application of a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [1974/03]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for first registration which was lodged on 9 December 2002. Dealing No. D2002WS009706N refers. I understand that due to the complicated nature of these type of cases it is not possible to estimate a date of completion at this time. However, I can assure the Deputy that the dealing is receiving attention and will be completed as soon as possible.
