856 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) was ever interviewed by Garda authorities in respect of giving assistance or otherwise to any investigation in respect of reformatory or industrial schools; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy will be aware, it is not the practice for Ministers to comment in detail upon Garda investigations, which are operational matters for the Garda authorities.
