938 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the progress made in relation to the discussions initiated with the owners of the land referred to in Parliamentary Question No. 214 of 20 November 2002; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1771/03]

Efforts by my Department to acquire the lands referred to in Question No. 214 of 20 November 2002, have not to date been successful.
