272 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Education and Science the status of the building programme for a school (details supplied) in County Waterford which is not currently listed on his Department's website; if he has taken into consideration the fact that the nearby convent is prepared to provide additional ground for the proposed building; if his attention has been drawn to the safety concerns of parents and teachers regarding the division of the school by a main road; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The 2003 capital programme has now been published. Full details of projects are available on my Department's website at www.education.ie. On the basis of the budgetary allocation it was not possible to include further projects in 2003. The budgetary allocation for 2004 and subsequent years will determine the rate of progress on projects that could not be included in this year's programme.
