I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a transfer order which was lodged on 11 April 2000. Dealing Number D2000SM002916X refers. I am further informed that the application was completed on 28 January 2003.

Question:365 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing from the Land Registry office for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be completed. [2285/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the applications referred to by the Deputy are as follows: an application for transfer of part lodged on the 14 January 1997 and an application for release lodged on 17 February 1998. Dealing Numbers D1997SM000287E and D1998SM001084K refer. I am further informed that queries issued in respect of dealing number D1998SM001084K on the 9 September 2002 and that both applications cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. However, I assure the Deputy that, on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
