150 Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if proposals to give effect to the 7th Amendment to the Constitution to enable graduates, other than from the National University of Ireland and Trinity College, to vote in Seanad elections will be included in the Government legislative programme. Question:

168 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he proposes to introduce legislation to amend the Seanad Electoral (University Members) Act 1937, which would allow all graduates of third level institutions in this country to vote in Seanad Éireann elections. [2304/03]

Ciarán Cuffe

Question:

395 Mr. Cuffe asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government his plans to allow all third level graduates to vote for Seanad candidates rather than just graduates from the National University of Ireland and Trinity College Dublin. [2471/03]
