Question:204 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a REP scheme appeal for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be dealt with. [2287/03]
Written Answers. - Rural Environment Protection Scheme.
An appeal against a REPS penalty was lodged by the person named with my Department's REPS appeals committee. The matter has been investigated and a report prepared and the case will be considered by the REPS appeals committee within the next two weeks. The person named will be notified directly when a final decision is taken.
