305 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the issues raised in correspondence of 23 November 2002, from a person (details supplied), with which he could take issue; the statements made by the person which he considered to be inaccurate; and if he will make a statement on the matter. In response to further correspondence from the above, I have issued a reply. As this is personal correspondence, the original letter relating to which was sent to a number of politicians and relates to an issue which is not a direct responsibility of this Department, I do not intend publishing it.
