Vol. 560 No. 4

Written Answers. - School Accommodation.

Jack Wall

Question:

213 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason Brannockstown national school, Kilcullen, County Kildare, was not included in section 12 of his Department's listing in regard to the temporary provision of temporary accommodation as his reply to an adjournment debate on 25 January 2002, stated that his Department is addressing the short-term accommodation needs of the school by way of provision of temporary accommodation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2820/03]

On the basis of the budgetary allocation it was not possible to include any further projects in the 2003 building programme. The budgetary allocation for 2004 and subsequent years will determine the rate of progress on projects that could not be included in this year's programme.
